Unexpected staff support made it special

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the check-in was a breeze. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and assisted us with local recommendations.

However, the breakfast selection was a bit limited, and we experienced minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom. It left us wishing for a more thorough cleaning prior to our arrival.

Good spot for a family stay

We had a nice family night here! The room was super clean, and the beds were cozy enough for us. Breakfast was a hit with the kids. Only bummer was the front desk staff were kinda slow and the lobby had a funky smell that hit ya when ya walked in.

Family with children will appreciate it

Check-in was smooth and the staff really put in the effort, they were nice! oh and the strong AC worked great, especially after a long drive.

It wasn't the cheapest, but we got what we paid for so, I guess it was acceptable.

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western in Rayne. The clean room and friendly staff. Nearby traffic noise affected my sleep slightly. A charming stop for exploring the area.

Had a great time here with friends! We hit up the Blue Rose Museum and enjoyed the swamp tours. The outdoor pool was refreshing, and the fitness center was open 24/7. Breakfast was solid, and parking was easy since there's a truck stop next door. Friendly staff made our stay even better!

One thing that could be improved is the lack of premium channels on the TV. It would have been nice to have a choice in what to watch when we wanted to relax in our room.
